 We provides basic custodial service to supported facilities. Custodial resources are directed to the highest priority cleaning needs in a given area. To best distribute this limited resource, our supervisors will work with customers to tailor custodial services to meet the highest priority needs. A supervisor can review your options with you and show you specifically what to expect from the custodial staff assigned to your area. Our supervisor will inspect the work performed and he/she will travel from building to building to ensure the work standard delivered in a timely manner. |
Solid Waste Disposal |

We also provide waste disposal services. Waste will be collected and transported from the point of generation to the central disposal Facilities. Waste will be collected in a manner, which will not interfere with the normal functioning of the areas concerned and will not cause any nuisance to the users. We also remove all waste from refuse chamber and dispose all waste at appropriate designated disposal sites allocated by the authorities. |
Pest Control Management |

We conduct general pest control services. Only qualified specialists will be used to ensure proper control and management of the services at the our cost. |
Ground Maintenance |
We provide comprehensive grounds maintenance programme including mowing, trimming, edging, pruning, weeding, fertilizing, watering, debris clean up and drainage custodial.
